Talent Connect India ("we") connects spa professionals with businesses in India. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account details (email, sign-in method), profile details you enter (name, age, gender, city, skills, experience, salary expectation, photos, certificates), business details for employers, chat messages, and interview records.

Your phone number

Your phone number is stored securely and is never shown to businesses inside the app. It is shared only when you tap "Share my number" after reaching an interview.

What businesses can see

Before unlocking, businesses see only your first name, skills, experience, city and a blurred photo. After unlocking, they see your full profile and can chat with you.

Location

We ask for your location only once at a time, when you tap "I have reached" or approve a location request around a scheduled interview. You can decline. We never track your location in the background.

Storage and security

Files are kept in private storage and shared through short-lived links. Access to data is restricted by role.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, change language, and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile.
