By using Talent Connect India you agree to these terms.

Accounts

Each account is either a candidate or a business. Give true information. We may verify, suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Businesses

Businesses must be verified before browsing candidates. Credits are bought in packages, are non-transferable, and expire after the period shown in your wallet. Do not ask candidates for money or to meet anywhere other than your business premises.

Candidates

Using the app is free for candidates. Attend interviews you accept, or decline in advance.

Chat

Chat is text only. Sharing phone numbers, emails or links in chat is blocked. Harassment or abuse leads to removal.

Safety

Meet only at the business premises and share interview details with someone you trust. Report anything unsafe using the Report button.

Liability

We connect candidates and businesses but are not the employer. Hiring decisions and employment terms are between the candidate and business.
